Warranty and Return Policies

Warranty : All services are delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and warranties defined in individual Statements of Work under the DIR Contract.

Return Policy : Not applicable to services. Any return terms for software licenses or hardware (if any) will follow Oracle’s standard terms.
